U73b Compressor by Audified, a faithful emulation of Telefunken U73b, is now 68% off at the lowest price of just $22.

This is a faithful and unique emulation of the classic German U73b broadcast compressor/limiter unit. This is the second generation of this famous plug-in, a device commonly used in mastering between 1960 and 1980. It's an all-tube, variable-mu compressor/limiter with an adjustable release time option. We've kept the circuit true to its original design, adding only input and output gain (before and after the compressor circuit) to aid in proper adjustment of compression. The plug-in effect also features a VU meter and selectable sidechain. The U73b is ideal for mastering and mixing drums, bass, guitar, vocals, and voiceovers.
