The SSL Native Channel Strip 2 plug-in delivers the legendary tone, features, and workflow of the SSL 9000K console channel strip, complete with SSL's proprietary "anti-clamp" technology and external sidechain input.
The EQ section features a classic four-band design with parametric LMF and HMF and shelving LF and HF sections (LF and HF can be switched to bell). The entire EQ can be switched to an E&G series characteristic or applied to the dynamics sidechain.
The dynamics section features a separate compressor and gate/expander. The compressor can be switched between soft knee and hard knee. Both the compressor and gate/expander sections feature a fast/slow attack switch and independent sidechain. This plug-in also features high-pass and low-pass filters that can be applied to the sidechain. Ideal for smoothing, controlling, and adding presence to any source material.
