Designed for Tweakability
Super 8 lets you easily shape your sound through a clean, next-generation interface. Use simple sliders to blend up to four waveforms per each of the two oscillators. Mix and sync oscillators, and incorporate an FM oscillator for a digital edge. Apply low-pass, band-pass, or high-pass filters, and quickly change filter and amp envelopes with ASDR sliders. Dive into the modulation section of the interface to add motion to your patches. Select one or more modulation waveforms and dial in the speed and phase. For maximum creative flexibility, use MOD routing to map almost any source to any destination.
A wealth of presets
Need something in a hurry? From lush analog strings and ethereal pads to deep basses, punchy leads, electronic percussion, and unusual effects, you can start using any of the 550+ presets instantly. The patches are inspired by legendary synths from Roland, Sequential Circuits, and more. But Super 8 has its own character. The latest presets allow for combinations of oscillator, filter, and modulation settings that were impossible with the original hardware.
Built for play
Explore the creative potential of Super 8 to the fullest using a MIDI controller. Manipulate the Super 8 pitch wheel, modulation wheel, and touch strip controls from your hardware to generate expressive leads, evolving soundscapes, and dynamic textures. You can either set parameters directly from the main interface or take advantage of automatic parameter mapping using a KOMPLETE KONTROL keyboard. Super 8's flexible modulation routing lets you adjust pitch, modulation, filtering, key tracking, and more in real time.
