The main display also features a high-quality, fast RTA analyzer with pre- or post-EQ control. Adjust display speed and trim to suit your signal. AVA LegacyQ improves the sound of your mix with clear, easy-to-understand EQ control.
Five EQ Bands
Legacy EQ lets you tweak your mix with flexible and powerful parametric EQ bands. Choose the shape that best suits your needs. Whether you're boosting bass, cutting treble, notching out problem frequencies, or adding a filter sweep, Legacy EQ gives you the tools to shape your sound precisely and creatively.
EQ Band Controls
Legacy EQ allows you to enable and customize each EQ band with simple, intuitive controls. Choose from six different band shapes—bell, low/high shelf, low/high cut, notch, and band pass—to fine-tune the frequency response of your mix. You can also adjust each band's Q value, from broad to narrow, to control how much the EQ affects surrounding frequencies. You can also boost or cut each band's gain within a -15/-15 dB range to balance the level of your track. Legacy EQ gives you the flexibility and precision to tailor your sound to improve the sound of your mix.
Band Shapes
Tweak your sound with Legacy EQ's versatile band shapes. Choose from six shapes for each EQ band. Notch and search shapes help you find and remove unwanted tones. Filter bands offer steeper slopes and more powerful characteristics. Choose from four shapes for each filter band. Legacy EQ offers expanded EQ options and control to improve the sound of your mix.
Two Filter Bands
Two filter bands allow for more powerful and precise sound shaping. Choose from four different shapes and slopes for each filter band. The wide notch shape affects a wider range than a standard notch, making it easier to adjust frequencies. Bandpass and notch shapes allow you to isolate or remove specific frequencies by adjusting the Q width. Legacy EQ improves the sound of your mix by giving you more flexible control over it.
High-Precision RTA Analyzer
Legacy EQ's RTA analyzer provides a detailed and accurate view of the frequency range within your mix. See the bass and sub-bass spectrum in high resolution without sacrificing tone or detail. This allows you to fine-tune your track's low end for a balanced, powerful mix. Legacy EQ improves the sound of your mix by providing clear, accurate monitoring of your EQ.
