Unlike traditional shelving filters, the Baxandall shelving curve has a wide bandwidth, a gentle slope, a natural sound, and minimal phase distortion. So you can apply dramatic boosts or cuts to your mix without introducing unwanted artifacts. Dangerous BAX EQ features four filters: low cut, low shelving, high shelving, and high cut. Each shelving filter reaches deep into the opposite side of the frequency spectrum for silky smooth processing.

Perfect for Tracking, Mixing, and Mastering
This EQ is the perfect tool for tracking, mixing, and mastering your music. Cut unwanted low end when mastering, giving you more headroom and loudness potential. Gently lowering the level of the low-frequency shelving filter can tighten up the bottom end of your drum kit. Cutting high-frequency harshness while boosting the high-frequency shelving filter can infuse your tracks with a clear, airy feeling of air.

Available in Various Versions
When you purchase Dangerous Music BAX EQ, you will receive a MIX and MASTER version of the plugin. The MIX version is a single-control version that treats the left and right channels equally when adjusting. The MASTER version, on the other hand, features two sets of filter controls, allowing you to process the content of the left and right channels or the M/S channels separately. If you don't need per-channel processing, choose the more sophisticated MIX version.
