SSL Native Channel Strip 2


The SSL Native Channel Strip 2 plug-in delivers the legendary tone, features, and workflow of the SSL 9000K console channel strip, featuring SSL's exclusive "Anti-Cramping" technology and an external sidechain input.

The EQ section features a classic four-band design with parametric LMF and HMF, and shelving LF and HF sections (LF and HF in bell mode). The overall EQ can be switched between E-series and G-series characteristics, and can also be applied to the dynamics sidechain.

The dynamics section features a separate compressor and gate/expander. The compressor can be switched between soft knee and hard knee. Both the compressor and gate/expander sections feature a fast/slow attack switch and independent sidechain. It also features high-pass and low-pass filters, which can be applied to the sidechain. It's ideal for smoothing, control, and adding presence to any source material.

The G3 MultiBusComp's Audition feature allows you to mutually solo each band and its sidechain input, enabling you to listen to each band individually and make better mix decisions.
