Remix by Acon Digital, the first real-time stem separation plug-in, is now 32% off at the lowest price of $33.
With a compatible DAW, you can separate samples into stem tracks within the DAW and remix each track individually.
Unlike Music Rebalance, which is not a standalone plug-in (I believe it was possible to insert it into Logic's Ara 2 as a plug-in, but there were track limitations), this plug-in can be inserted into a track to separate stems, and depending on the DAW, you can apply effects to each stem individually through routing.

Remix is the first plug-in that can separate instrument groups (known as stems) within a mix in real time with acceptable latency. Using cutting-edge technology based on artificial intelligence, Remix separates a complete mix into five stems: vocals, piano, bass, drums, and other components. These stems can then be remixed, allowing you to easily raise the level of vocals, lower the level of drums, or even create karaoke versions. Remix lets you control the detection sensitivity for each individual stem, allowing you to find the optimal balance between artifacts and bleed-through. All parameters are fully automatable. In addition to the signal mix outputs, Remix provides separate outputs for each stem. If your host allows it, you can route the outputs to separate tracks, allowing you to use insert effects as if you had five separate tracks.
