Legendary is a cinematic sound design and scoring tool for Kontakt designed to create cutting-edge sounds for dramatic, energetic film scores.

The library contains over 450 samples recorded at 96kHz/24-bit, divided into the following categories:

A simple interface that gives you complete control

Legendary has a simple yet effective interface, giving you access to all your sounds in one place. Simply click on the category name in the middle to open a drop-down menu and access all sound categories. Each sample is mapped to a specific key on your keyboard, allowing you to easily change the pitch to fit your track.

The center of the interface displays the waveform and sample name of the sample you're triggering, so you can easily find the .WAV file, drag and drop it into your project, and process it as needed. It also features standard controls such as attack, release, filter, delay, and "morph." "Morph" is basically like a gate, which when enabled can turn any sound into a stutter effect.

The library also features 80 unique, custom-created convolution reverbs, such as Arena, Cathedral, Chainsaw, and Granular, allowing you to design very unique sounds.

We created a dark, unsettling and disturbing soundscape by taking some standard sounds (riser, hits, whooshes, reverse, Larsen feedback) and further processing the sounds with built-in FX (and additional external FX like distortion).
