Everyone who mixes content for an audience needs to ensure that their mix sounds great on all consumer devices. MixChecker and MixChecker Pro make it quick and easy to do. With a ton of new features, these two allow you to simulate the listener's exact environment and device.

The appeal of MixChecker Pro is that it is just as easy to use as the original MixChecker, while still having so many new features. Why? Because it offers a new edit mode. In edit mode, you can assign a simulated device to any device button, set the distortion amount for that exact device, and adjust the stereo base width and device volume. The simulated devices are organized into categories, so searching is super fast and intuitive. Once you save your button set, MixChecker Pro will exit edit mode and function just like the original MixChecker.


New Features

New Simulation. All characteristics are newly measured, the processing engine is completely different, with lower latency and phase linearity. There is no simple impulse response inside.
Create a set of simulations. Drag the simulations of your choice onto the MixChecker buttons in any order. Save your selections in several button sets with stereo base width and volume level for each button.
Custom settings and labels for buttons. MixChecker buttons have several adjustable parameters. You can also assign the same simulated device to several buttons, each with its own settings. To differentiate between them, you can place a custom label on each button.
Distortion. We are experts in the accurate modeling of distortion and saturation of speakers or amplifiers, preamps and other circuits. Using this experience, we have added the modeling of these distortions to MixCheckerPro.
Background noise. MixChecker adds the possibility to add an audio background with adjustable volume. The combination with simulated devices is very sophisticated. If you select a phone simulation, the path of noise through the headphones and through your ears is simulated, so you hear a realistic combination of the mix played through the headphones and the nasal mix heard through the headphones. outside.
